Greenacres' Favorite Frozen Treat

Liquid nitrogen. One scoop at a time.

We flash-freeze every batch at ‑320 °F so the cream stays impossibly smooth, the flavors stay bold, and nothing — not even a stabilizer — gets in the way.

Why Nitrogen Changes Everything

Traditional ice cream takes hours to freeze, often adding stabilizers to keep the texture right. We skip the wait — and the additives.

We Blend

Fresh ingredients — real cream, local eggs, pure vanilla — are whisked together in small batches right in front of you.

We Pour

Liquid nitrogen at ‑320 °F hits the mixture. The flash-freeze locks in flavor and creates microscopically small ice crystals.

We Scoop

Ten minutes total. No gums, no carrageenan, no stabilizers. Just pure, cloud-soft ice cream served immediately.

Born from a curiosity that froze solid

Igloo Nitrogen Ice Cream started with a simple question: what if we skipped the machine entirely?

Traditional ice cream makers churn for hours, gradually drawing heat out of the mix. We do it in minutes — pouring liquid nitrogen directly into the cream. The result is a texture you can't fake: impossibly smooth, rich, and packed with real flavor because we don't need stabilizers to hold it together.

We opened our doors in Greenacres with one goal — to give our neighbors ice cream that tastes like the first bite of summer, every single day. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just cold science and warm hospitality.

What Our Neighbors Say

"I've never had ice cream this smooth. You can actually taste the vanilla — not just sweetness. My kids ask to come here every weekend now."

Maria K. Greenacres resident

"Watching them pour the nitrogen is half the fun. The espresso flavor is dangerously good — I've been back three times this week and I don't even drink coffee usually."

Jason T. Lake Worth

"As someone with sensitivities, I love that there are no weird stabilizers or gums. Just real ingredients frozen the right way. The strawberry rose is a dream."
